As a valued subscriber of mine, I'm about to share with you 4 of my personal favourite affiliate programs.
With each one, you have the chance to make high ticket sales.
Before I dive into those, I want to share something with you that you might not want to hear. But if you 'get it' then you'll be FAR ahead of most other affiliates trying to sell the same programs.
I've promoted a lot of products over the last 20 years.
But there's a BIG difference when it comes to selling higher ticket items.
Some say that it takes the same effort to sell a high ticket product as it does a lower ticket one. My answer to that is yes and no.
You need to position yourself differently because people will take more things into consideration the more something costs.
And the way you do that (which you might not want to hear) is this...
You Need To Own The Product That You're Trying To Sell
Take these 2 different scenarios into consideration and you'll hopefully get where I'm coming from.
Scenario #1
A close friend of yours sends you a message.
It reads something like "Hey, I've just found a great product that does XYZ. Here's a special link for you to buy it".
It doesn't take a mind reader to know that you're going to have some questions right now!
Have you got the product yourself?
Have you used it?
Why are you sending me a "special" link?
Alarm bells are ringing!
Scenario #2
That same friend sends you this message.
It goes "Hey, you'll never believe what I've just found. It's this product that does XYZ and look at the results I've just got with it. I struggled to get these results before and I know you have those problems too. Here's the link so you can check it out".
Do you see the difference here?
They actually have the product. They've used it. And it's produced great results.
Are you more likely to click the link and buy it?
Damn right you are.
And that's what you need to consider when trying to sell high ticket products as an affiliate.
Most Affiliates Use Scenario #1 & Get Frustrated Because They Don't Get Any Sales
I hope you really think about this because it has made a huge difference to my own business and will do the same for yours too.
Ok, that's the bad news over, let's get into the good stuff.
(These are in no particular order and each has it's own benefits):
Product #1 - Altitude by Rob Cornish
