Week 3 - Local SEO Agency
Welcome to the third week and this week we're going to launch a local SEO agency.

What Exactly Is A Local SEO Agency?
A local SEO agency helps local businesses rank their websites in the search engines (primarily Google).
Typically, they charge a monthly fee to do the SEO work necessary.
This is one reason why having your own agency is a very powerful thing indeed:
Monthly recurring income!
When you have several clients on board, you have an almost guaranteed income coming in each month. Of course, some clients may drop off but you can continue to sign up new ones.
And completing the SEO work can be completely outsourced if you don't want to do it yourself (use caution though!). We'll cover what to do and what not to do in this training.
First Step - Agency Website
The first step is to create your own SEO agency website.
This will, of course, be created with WordPress.
The aim of this website is to attract paying clients and also to give you a storefront to advertise your services.

Big Tip - Contact local web design agencies and ask if they do SEO. If they don't, tell them what you do and ask if they'd be interested in working together.
They provide SEO services, charge their clients and pay you to do the work.
Facebook Groups

Accepting Payment
Here are several ways to accept payment from your clients:
Paypal - By far the easiest way is to send them a Paypal invoice or set up a payment button. This can be a subscription, so they will automatically be charged each month and you don't have to chase them up for payment.
Bank Transfer - You can provide them your bank details and they can transfer the money directly into your account.
Cheque - If they are a local business, you can call in and pick up a cheque from them, or they can mail you one in the post.
Other Options - Some other online payment systems are WorldPay, Amazon Pay, Sage Pay, Authorize.net and Braintree.
Sample Contract - If the client requires a contract, then here's a sample one you can adapt for your needs.
