Question - Would you use these types of websites?

Answer:

I had a question from a member about two particular websites. I'm not mentioning the sites because I don't know anything about them.

But they were advertising 'sponsors, matrix, safelists, downlines' and the kind of MLM sites that just look quite spammy to me.
I will promote sites such as OLSP because they are 2-tier but anything more than that just won't last.
Here today, gone tomorrow.
Affiliate and 2-tier commissions are ok, but anything other than that I won't go near.

Question - Do you have a preference over using a website Vs pages on other platforms, such as free platforms or autoresponder landing pages?

Answer:

Websites are good for a few reasons:

#1 - They give you a 'home' online that cannot be taken away.

#2 - They can potentially bring in free traffic.

So for branding purposes, it's useful to have one.

No need for anything expensive, just a WordPress blog on a $10/m hosting account.

But if you don't want to put yourself out there, then using pages on free platforms or your autoresponder landing pages will be just fine.

As long as they get the job done, that's all you need to worry about.
