November 2025 Newsletter

October went by in the blink of an eye, didn't it? Whoosh!

October Recap

Last month was another month of a lot of building. Released lots of White Label products, took on new coaching clients and growing my Skool group.

I continued creating DFY, exclusive White Label products that only get sold to one person each. These went down extremely well, with over 15 of them selling. I will continue to create these moving forward, as long as the demand is there.

I also published my weekly Substack newsletter every Thursday. There are 77 subscribers so far, which hasn't grown any this month. I will evaluate whether to keep on with it, as it's not producing many results.

New Offers

As mentioned, I released several new White Label products, just to my list and added them onto WarriorPlus.

But I also did a mini-launch for a WL product too. This did ok, with almost 50 sales going through the funnel. I do these mainly to grow the buyers list and to get more people into my Skool group.

I launched a monthly membership that delivers a WL product per month and allows people to sell their own membership too.

I also launch The Profit Vault in my Skool group, which is a private area where I'll be sharing more exclusive trainings.

Affiliate Commissions

I didn't promote too many affiliate products this month, as I mainly focused on my own offers again.

November Plan

This month I'll continue to create new white label products as normal, including DFY ones.

I'll be adding lots of stuff inside the Skool group and also The Profit Vault.

I'll keep up with social media content, work with coaching clients and send out affiliate promotions throughout the month.

One in particular will be for Rob Cornish, who has a new offer out and his stuff usually converts really well.

Why Having Your Own Online Community Changes Everything

Most people treat social media like a slot machine.

Post. Refresh. Hope for likes.

Repeat.

The problem? You don’t own any of it.

Algorithms change, your reach tanks, and suddenly you’re shouting into the void while someone with a cat video gets all the attention.

That’s why having your own community matters.

A Facebook or Skool group isn’t just a place to “hang out online.”

It’s your home base.

Here’s what it gives you:

1. Control.

You decide what gets shared, when, and how.

No fighting the algorithm or hoping your post doesn’t get buried.

Your message actually reaches the people who want to hear it.

2. Trust.

When people see you show up every day, answering questions and helping out, they start to see you as the real deal.

Not another faceless marketer.

A human who knows their stuff.

3. Connection.

It’s easier to sell, teach, or coach when people feel like they know you.

Community turns “followers” into friends, and friends buy from friends.

4. Feedback.

Want to know what offer to launch next?

Ask your group.

They’ll tell you what they need and save you a ton of guesswork.

5. Momentum.

When people see others getting results or taking action, they want in too.

That energy is priceless and it keeps your business moving forward.

So yeah, build your email list.

But build your community too.

Because the next time the algorithm decides to throw a tantrum, your audience will still be right where you left them, inside your group, waiting to hear from you.

Inner Circle Updates

I mentioned these last month but will include them again.

#1 – Testimonials

If you're getting value out of this membership and want to be featured on the sales page, I'd really appreciate it if you could provide a short testimonial. What you like, what you've learned etc. If you could forward it to [email protected] I'd be very grateful.

#2 – Want To Promote It?

If you'd like to promote the Inner Circle, then I've just created a private offer on WarriorPlus for you to do just that. You earn 50% of all the $137 sales you make. This is for members only.

Click here to apply and use the term "IC Member" in the Notes section, so I know you are a member.

Summary

That concludes this edition of the newsletter.

November will be another jam-packed month and I'll let you know how everything goes next month.
