This year is already flying by, so let's get stuck in before another month is upon us!
January Recap
January is always a weird month, business wise.
It's tax time for me and HMRC want their pound of flesh by the 31st.
So it's usually a tricky time to start or launch big and new things. For the most part, it's usually a back and forth between me and my accountant to make sure everything is sorted.
Therefore, I didn't get as much done as I'd hoped.
But it was still a solid month with my own offers and some affiliate offers too. I launched the 30 Day Social Media Content Challenge, which went down pretty well. And it gives me another offer to use as an upsell for future WarriorPlus launches.
February Focus
This month I'm going all in on content creation and group growth.
I've had my Facebook group for a few years now and there are almost 300 members inside.
But honestly, I've not been active inside the group at all. And it's time for that to change.
So I recently bought Group Juice by Flip & Nate to give me a plan to follow. They've done $1 million in sales with their group in the last 2 years, so I know they can teach me a lot.
(They have a free group here with some great training inside.)
Growing the group gives not just another sales avenue, but also a chance to connect closer with my audience. So I get to share at scale and help more people at the same time.
I'm sticking with my Facebook group for now, but I see a lot of people moving over to Skool. This is something I may consider in future but I want to start with my existing group first.
Plus, Skool is $97/m and I'm always keen to keep business expenses as lean as possible.
Along with the group, I'm also forcing myself to make daily Facebook posts too. I want to be ruthlessly consistent with my content creation moving forward this year.
Building Out The Eco-System
The Facebook group will become part of my eco-system.
The system is a simple but effective way of getting new people into my world and sharing what I know about making money online.
Essentially, I will be creating content and sharing it on various platforms and in various different types of ways.
Facebook Group & my Hubzap.com blog – I'll be sharing longer form content and possibly video trainings.
Facebook Profile and X (Twitter) – Sharing shorter form content to attract people and get them into my group.
Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook – I'll be creating short videos out of my long form content and sharing them on all platforms. The focus of these is to reach a broad audience and either get people onto my email list or into my group.
I've had all the parts of this eco-system set up for years.
But the one thing I've never been is consistent with my content.
And that changes this year.

Clear Out Your Closet For More Productivity
This is something I've been doing in the past few weeks and it's making a big difference.
We all have them.
Those jobs that you keep putting off.
I'll do it tomorrow.
I'll do it next week.
But here's the problem; they keep adding up and they take up space in your head.
So I made a conscious decision to make a list of all the things I needed to do, both online and offline and I've been checking them off fast.
I can't tell you how much more clarity it's bringing.
And it's allowing me to focus on more of the things that matter.
To do: Make yourself a list of things you've been putting off....and then go do them.
Take great pleasure when checking them off your list.
You'll feel so much better, once they are out of the way.
