August 2025 Newsletter

I officially turn 49 at the end of this month. And that's all I'm going to say on that matter!

July Recap

July was a steady and consistent month.

I kept up with my content schedule of posting daily videos to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

Plus posting to Facebook and my group as often as I could.

I also published my weekly Substack newsletter every Thursday. There are 70 subscribers so far, so it's pretty slow going, but good to keep it a habit.

New Offers

Offer creation slowed down a bit this month. I hit a health issue which slowed me down and took away my focus.

But I'm now back in full creation mode and will update you on the new offers in September.

Affiliate Commissions

It wasn't a bad month for commissions this month. I had to rely on affiliate promotions, as my own product creation slowed down.

A few decent payments from Zach Crawford and weekly OLSP payments came in, which all add up.

Plus some WarriorPlus promotions too.

August Plan

I've already kicked off August by welcoming in a new coaching client and created a new White Label product.

So we're in full blown 'hustle mode' !

I also have a launch planned for the 18th August, which is a bundle of my previous White Label products and some new ones thrown in too. Hopefully it will attract some affiliates and bring in some new customers.

I'll also keep up with social media content, work with coaching clients and create new products throughout the month.

Speaking of social media...

Facebook Helping Creators To Go Viral

The last month has seen Facebook do something out of character.

They are pushing users content out to non-friends and followers. They have never done this before.

The result is seeing many people get millions of views on their content. So this is something to pay serious attention to right now.

Posting 10+ times a day appears to be a trigger for them to do this. Obviously there are no guarantees but the results are making people serious money.

If you need ideas of what you can post, here are a few:

1. Relatable Micro-Stories

  • Short posts (text or video) that describe something highly relatable.

  • Example: “When you open your laptop and forget why you did… every time.”

  • Add humor, emotion, or an unexpected twist.

2. Behind-the-Scenes (BTS)

  • Show the process behind what you do (even if it's mundane, it can still be interesting).

  • Examples:

    • “How I create my morning coffee setup”

    • “Editing a video in real time, here’s what I learned”

3. Quick Tips / “Did You Know?”

  • Bite-sized tips related to your niche.

  • Example:

    • Fitness: “Did you know that walking after meals helps reduce blood sugar spikes?”

    • Business: “Stop using ‘I hope this email finds you well.’ Try this instead…”

4. Text-Based Memes / Opinion Posts

  • Make bold or funny statements with simple background text.

  • Keep it punchy, like Twitter screenshots or short rants.

  • Example:

    • “Nobody talks about the emotional trauma of a printer not working right before a deadline.”

5. Reactions / Hot Takes

  • Respond to a trending topic or viral moment.

  • Use a mix of humor and opinion.

  • Video format works great here: “My reaction to [insert viral moment]” or a stitched response.

6. Challenges / Series

  • Run a mini-series of daily posts (“Day 1 of learning French”) or start a challenge for your audience to join.

  • This creates anticipation and daily content ideas.

7. Quotes with a Twist

  • Take popular quotes and add your own interpretation or disagree with them.

  • Example:

    • Original: “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”

    • Twist: “Actually, you’ll probably work more because you care too much.”

8. Micro-Vlogs (30–60 sec)

  • Share a slice-of-life moment with a narrative voiceover.

  • Example: “Come with me as I try to finish everything on my to-do list… while avoiding reality.”

9. Lists / Rankings

  • “Top 3 apps that saved me this month”

  • “Ranking fast food restaurants from worst to best”

10. Comment Bait Posts

  • Ask simple, opinion-based questions that spark discussion.

  • “Unpopular opinion: Breakfast food is better at dinner. Agree?”

Tips to Maximize Reach

  • Post 5 to 10+ times daily (yes, frequency matters now)

  • Use native video, not links to YouTube or TikTok

  • Keep videos under 60 seconds for broader sharing

  • Engage in comments, Facebook boosts posts that create discussion

  • Use personal profile (professional mode) for the algorithm boost

  • Add relevant but not spammy hashtags (like #relatable, #lifetips, #funny)

Member Spotlight

This month I'd like to feature Ian Jackson. He's a fellow Brit and working hard on his online business.

He's smashing his own comfort zones to make all this happen, creating videos for the first time and putting himself out there. Scary stuff!

Learn more from Ian here.

Inner Circle Updates

I mentioned these last month but will include them again.

#1 – Testimonials

If you're getting value out of this membership and want to be featured on the sales page, I'd really appreciate it if you could provide a short testimonial. What you like, what you've learned etc. If you could forward it to [email protected] I'd be very grateful.

#2 – Want To Promote It?

If you'd like to promote the Inner Circle, then I've just created a private offer on WarriorPlus for you to do just that. You earn 50% of all the $137 sales you make. This is for members only.

Click here to apply and use the term "IC Member" in the Notes section, so I know you are a member.

Summary

That concludes this edition of the newsletter.

New offers, a launch and affiliate promotions will be the aim for August and I'll let you know how it all goes.
